The hotel offered reasonable prices. Our rooms with a king-sized bed were much appreciated. the location was unbeatable and excellent. Additionally, having a large supermarket right next door was convenient.

The facility was nice and the desk clerk was quite helpful. I had an issue with the Booked.net app which switched the reservation dates when I had to go backward for missed information. I have given booked.net an opportunity to take care of my issue as I stayed at the Quality Inn, just not on the dates the app reserved in err and am waiting on their reply for credit/refund to my account. The Booked.net agent did not seem to enthused about my request. I am concerned that booked.net is an overseas travel booking out of Cyprus Greece and they really do not care about my stay. Only that they have my money and I will probably never use them again if they do not properly remedy my request. If they do, then, great, I am a repeat customer. This is a true measure of customer service which can be at its best if booked.net chooses. Waiting on a reply and it has been a few days already.

price was on target with other sites and the rating of the hotel was not overrated at all. Matter of fact, they gave us a handicap room for my 90 y/o mother-in-law. Clean hotel but, nothing fancy which is what we were looking for. A place to sleep for the night.

app reset the travel dates by one day on me and of course, I did not double check when I backed up in the app. I input the correct date on my first attempt to book. breakfast was just ok but, what we paid for the night, it was satisfactory. If I was staying a week on vacation, I would probably not be so acceptable.

Budget hotel.

The hotel with cool rooms, in a good area, to the nearest burlesque establishment. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Nice building and rooms with a king sized bed. Extra care from the pleasant and knowledgeable staff: D

The cooling system is not working properly; we had to move three times during a three-day stay ~ one time at 4 a.m. The hallway floor need to be cleaned or recarpeted; they are a disgrace!
